Agreement
By placing an order with TutorsGallery UK you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nature of service
We provide academic writing support including model answers, editing, proofreading, tutoring and research assistance. All work is supplied as a learning aid. You remain the author of record and are responsible for how you use any material we deliver.
Ordering and payment
Submit your brief through the order form. We will quote a price and deadline. Payment is taken via secure third-party processors and held by the platform until you accept delivery.
Originality
All work is written from scratch by a human expert and checked for plagiarism and AI-generated content before delivery. We do not resell any prior work.
Revisions
Unlimited free revisions are provided within 14 days of delivery, provided the original brief is unchanged. New requirements may incur a quote.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds are available in cases of missed deadlines, failure to deliver to brief, or proven quality issues. Disputes are resolved through our internal review process within 14 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaches these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
