TutorsGallery UK is an academic writing support service. Our website is uk.tutorsgallery.online. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), order data (briefs, attachments, messages), payment data (handled by our payment provider - we do not store card numbers), and technical data (IP, browser, device, analytics events).
Why we use it
To deliver your orders, communicate with you, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside our delivery and payment processors.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing tutorsgallery@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Retention
We keep order data for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion of personal identifiers; we will anonymise where deletion is not legally possible.
