Our promise
If we miss your deadline or fail to deliver to brief, you are entitled to a refund. Our aim is fair, fast resolution - not arguments.
Full refunds
Available if: (a) we cancel your order before any work begins; (b) we miss your agreed deadline by more than the buffer agreed at order; (c) the work delivered is so far from brief that it cannot be reasonably revised.
Partial refunds
Available where part of the work meets brief and part does not, or where late delivery causes partial impact. The percentage refunded reflects the work usable.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available where the original brief was unclear and the writer reasonably interpreted it, where you provide late or contradictory instructions, or after you have submitted the work to your institution.
How to request a refund
Email tutorsgallery@gmail.com or open a dispute in your dashboard within 14 days of delivery. Include your order ID and the reason for the request. We will respond within 3 working days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
